Stray Houston is a blog and community that focuses on providing a voice for a career that is greatly overlooked: Animal Welfare. Our mission is to build a community of animal welfare professionals and advocates that focuses on educating others. We want members to be able to discuss animal related topics that need to be discussed without prejudice or judgement. Whether professionals are from Houston, Texas or Sydney, Australia, there is a place here for them.

We want to provide free resources and tools to animal welfare professional that were created by animal welfare professionals. We also want the community to share innovations that they have created to revolutionize the progression of this field
